		<description>I&#039;m so glad Mike forwarded this to me.  It&#039;s powerful stuff and well-timed since the holidays tend to bring us together with people we don&#039;t necessarily see or choose to interact with at other times of the year.  I especially like the reminder to release!  Even after I&#039;ve done  my own work in relationships and recognized that the other person is not willing to do the same, I often hang on to an emotional longing for a different outcome.  You&#039;re right. Everyone is doing the best they can and we need to release our attachment to them and our expectations of them and accept them where they are. Even if we choose not to have any further relationship with them, the conscious releasing of that emotional energy helps us be open to more loving relationships. Wishing you joyful holidays,
